SERVICE GUARANTEE

We stand by the quality of our work and offer a 7-day guarantee on nail services for cracks, chips, or breaks. Please inform us within this timeframe for complimentary repairs. Refunds are not available once services have been completed.

HEALTH & SAFETY

For your safety, please inform us of any health conditions before your service begins. If you have diabetes, please notify your technician. Cutting services are not permitted.

CHILDREN & PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Children must be supervised at all times. We are not responsible for any injuries resulting from running or horseplay. Please keep your personal belongings with you. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

GIFT CARDS & PAYMENTS

Gift cards are available for purchase and make the perfect gift for any occasion. Gift cards cannot be replaced, refunded, or redeemed for cash if lost or stolen. All services are final, and we do not offer refunds for completed treatments.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

For the comfort and safety of all clients and staff, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
